Often it's a question of off set grid tables being the cure to a white point
scum dot. This is assuming you're using colorimetric and not absolute. If
you are using absolute rendering , trying to press simulate, then it's
normal that the profile will try to bring the inkjet paper down to the abs
values of the press.
The most recent versions of all the major profilers have offset grid point
tables to avoid this problem.
