Denis,
I suspect the problem stems from the black text to CMYK conversion
(expecially heavy black) conversion. Take some black text alone in
Photoshop, convert it manually to your CLC and observe what the resultant
CMYK mix is. Now, go to Illustrator, type in the same text at the same point
size and color it the same way . Print it. What are you getting?
