Welcome Mateo;
There are quite a few utilities for managing ICC profiles. In Panther OsX,3
the included Colorsync Utility gives a lot of information about what's going
on in and around the profiles for devices, and system be it default custom
assumed or chosen.

To add a full management tool kit is as simple as going to
http://www.chromix.com/
and get Colorthink.
I believe that others such as ICC Tools have some good management and
profile utilities.
