John

Have you checked inside the various bundles in /Library/Printers/CANON for a trace of other profiles?

Yes, all I found were two profiles. One is named "BJColorPrinter1999.icc" and the other is "BJColorPrinter2000.icc." Only "BJColorPrinter2000" is showing up in ColorSync. The thing I find confusing is that Canon doesn't say what profile is being used by the printer driver. The driver Color Options window says "BJ Standard" or "Colorsync>Recommended by Canon" without further explanation.

Unfortunately, this is an area that we do not support with our printer.
We recommend leaving the default ColorSync setting in the driver and
trying to print using our software application when color issues arise.

This was Canon's response? Very dissappointing.

Thank you though for responding.

Paul
