This can be accomplished by drawing your own black generation curve with a
toe at 50% to eliminate all black from colors lighter than that, and shaping the
remainder of the curve as desired to add the shadow color you want.
ColorVision ProfilerPRO is the only affordable software that I know if that allows this
level of control, but its available in top price packages as well.

I haven't tried this with other packages, but I get very close to this result
with ProfilerPRO and a Maximum Black Generation setting. There is a tiny bit
of ink in the Cyan channel, and a bit more in the Yellow channel, but not
enough to effect what the black channel looks like to any significant degree. I
suppose you could manage to reduce these cross channel values a bit further with
DoctorPRO, but its close enough for most uses without editing.
