Hi all,
in my company we're currently running a printing workflow based on:
- ICC profiles, built with Print Open;
- Heidelberg Delta Techonolgy for in-rip separations;
- GMG for color proofs;
- offset printing machines for final output;
- Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Freehand and Quark XPress are the most
commonly used software;
With the arrival of a new Roland 700 (six colors printing machine), I'm
investigating the introduction of exachrome for pantone based works.
My current RIP (Delta) and profile maker software (Print Open) doesn't
support exachrome printing. I've seen some incomplete solution, like plug-in
for some software, but I'm not able to find a complete workflow for
exachrome printing.
May anybody suggest me a any successfully solution about offset exachrome
printing ?
