It would have been a good idea if Adobe had documented the print
conditions that US Sheetfed was meant to represent, but alas, they
forgot, and the information is no longer recoverable-I've tried. (!)
The paper stocks were quite different, as noted by Chris. The ink
hues are pretty similar-the biggest difference is in the magenta, and
it's not clear whether the difference is entirely attributable to the
paper of they were in fact different inks. Again, it would have been
useful to know that.
The way the tone curves run seems to suggest a 175-lpi screen (or
wildly uncontrolled dot gain for a sheetfed press).
And that's about all anyone has been able to determine!

O.K.! What is it?
I had the idea (reading both specs) that sheet fed and web on coated
stock class 1 were based on inks that would meet ISO 2846-1.
What differences in hue if the paper is identical?
