Try and update to the latest (free) version 1.10.7. Or the newest 2.01 which
also have some nesting functionality.
On the very first couple of versions you needed an updated Eye One driver to
see it, this is included in all the latest versions.

Proofmaster works fine, but you need to get the linearization right.
