Hello Members,
Helping a friend who works for a service bureau that specializes in
Large Digital Outputs on Fine Art Media. Our questions are:
When Printing to an Epson 10600 via Photoshop CS utilizing Photo Black
UltraChrome Ink on Somerset Velvet for Epson (Fine Art Material), can a
Rick Black be achieved? he has a client who's requesting that the black
in their image be as rich printed from the 10600 as it is when printed
from an epson 9000. I'm thinking, different ink (epson black ink vs.
ultrachome pigment archival ink)= different output, i could be wrong.
Is ProofMaster (version 1.0.something) an acceptable rip for this type
of printing/printer, or would Colorburst be better suited?
Any recommendations would be highly appreciated. Any advice concerning
the 10600 and printing on canvass, silk, velvet and other fine art
media would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Vanita
