[OT] How to ged rid of 1% dots in a CMYK image?

  • Subject: [OT] How to ged rid of 1% dots in a CMYK image?

I know this is definitely not the place to ask these questions but, in case
someone could quickly point me in the right direction, is there a way I can
simply go into the channel of a CMYK image, say the black, and select ONLY
the 0% and 1% dots (basically anything below 2%)? Without resorting to
curves of levels or the magic wand? Someone at Adobe started to explain me a
technique to do this a long time ago using the Calculate command but we
never got to finish that conversation and I9m still faced with the same
problem from times to times.

Sorry to take some of the List bandwidth this way.
