You could do it I assume, by opening setting your foreground color to white,
selection the black channel choose select > color range, and set threshold
to 1-3 (it only goes to 200 so I'm not exactly sure about the number - you
need to test that yourself).
That would select the pixels. If you want to remove them you should save the
selection as an Alpha, select the black plate (eye icon) and open Image >
apply image and use the Add or Subtract blending mode, and use the alpha as
a mask.
It's probably not the easiest way but it can be made into an action...
