Hi Steve,
You should be able to use Microsoft Excel to open both the MeasureTool file
and a standard IT8.7/2 file (you can just open one of the Kodak files that
installs with the software or downloads from the Kodak FTP site). Once you
do this, it's all cut and paste. Not the most elegant solution, but it
should be pretty easy.
