Eye-0ne and glossy inkjet stock

Hi,
I was wondering if I could ask for comments from other eye-one pro users?
I have been measuring a test chart from and epson Inkjet printed on Epson Premium Glossy Photo Paper. The results I am getting from this profile both softproof and print quite flat, as compared to a profile made for the same printer on the Heavy Weight Matt stock.

I am wondering if the fact that the eye-one pro does not have a Polarising filter is influencing readings for this very glossy stock. Profile Maker Pro also didn't detect any Optical brighteners for this paper ( I am taking spectral measurements). I wondered if this is correct as it is a very bright paper.

Any thoughts on this would be welcome.

Thanks in advance

Simon
