Yes if you know that the pre managed data is going to work well with the

Yes if you can find it on another Mac or PC you could use this as your
destination profile. Do be aware that this profile was created with
different settings for the media though , thus result in quite different
colors than if used with the settings used at the time of profile creation.

This in theory should work and you can set up in Photoshop or a Colorsync
Filter the transformation before handing off the data to the printer.
