Have you tried printing to PDF from iVew in RGB and color managing the
output from Acrobat 6 Pro using the same controls as you're accustomed in
Photoshop but out of Acrobat? It seems to me if you're able to lump all your
data in 'one' RGB color space from iView into a PDF container, that it's
possible to replicate the same kind of printing as Photoshop. The same color
controls exist in Acrobat albeit 'packaged' a little different...
As for printing in any other application than strictly Photoshop in Panther,
I can say that I am getting the exact output from InDesign and Illustrator.
