Click on the More Options button as Monaco explains clearly what is going to
happen in the wizard when doing so. The AtoB table edits the soft proof. I'm
not sure but would assume that table can't accept a selective tweak like the
printer/output./BtoA portion of the profile. I'm seeing the same behavior
(selective button grayed out) for AtoB but active BtoA. You'll notice as
well that the "Enable Selective Color" check box is only available in the
B2A option.
