Well you can do something very simple and effective. Create a CMYK ICC
profile of the Canon printers with device links engaged. You won't need a
big chart like the ECI chart, you could use the TC3.5 chart from Gretag to
create the ICC profile. Simply use the resultant ICC profile in Photoshop's
Proof Setup with preserve numbers checked to preview how the color will look
on Canon or just assign the Canon ICC profile to the document.
Your CMYK values will not change but will preview correctly within
Photoshop.
