Obviously 21" and Eizo options are highly encouraged, but if it is a matter of getting approval on 20 new monitors and money is an issue, my suggesting is to find the needed $728 per unit (and then try to negotiate a better deal).

All observations indicated that CRT displays are going away quickly and this is the first flat panel option to consider if price is an issue.

Assuming that price is not an issue, then by all means step up to the 21" LCD2180UX-BK or ideally to an Eizo.

Why not the 21" LCD2180UX-BK? Same thing but larger. 10" feels so crammed.

Looks like the same specs as the Eizo CG21, 1600x1200, etc.  But the Eizo
remains my recommendation...
