When I create a PDF w/ Acrobat Distiller 6.0.0 /OSX 10.3.5, it appears that I have either two choices. Convert everything to sRGB (bad idea) or tag everything for color management without conversion which is always U.S. Sheetfed Uncoated v2 (also a bad idea). This is regardless of whatever settings I put into the color management-advanced features.
Am I overlooking the ridiculously obvious or are these the only two choices we have when creating PDFs with Distiller 6? I would either like to have Distiller convert 'Convert to Profile' using the Adobe PostScript Color Management embedded in the .ps for OR at the very least the ability to assign a profile OTHER than U.S. Sheetfed Uncoated v2.
Thanks.
