I've installed a couple of these monitors now and they are quite
simply
stunning. You almost have to be behind the monitor before you have
any
problem with viewing angle.
In my opinion the viewing angle of the CG21 is a lot better than
the CG220 (but there i knew no others than my one)
Same for the uniformity of the
Lightning over the Display. It's also a little better on the CG21s I
know.
They do encompass the Adobe RGB space,
not
exactly as there is small offset, but far far closer than any display
I have
worked on before, including Barcos and Artisans.
That's abolutly right. The only one I saw with an gamut like the
CG220 was a prototype of the new LED backlightet NEC SpectraView
2180WG at the last Photokina
The included ColorNavigator software works with the i1 and i1
Display
hardware and produces better results than a third party
solution.
I'm testing anymore... I' not sure, but it seems to be, that the
simulations of CMYK pictures in Photoshopare better with
Basiccolor or Profilemaker Profiles than the ones the ColorNavigator
produces. Whereas the calibration ist best in the Eizo Software. The
Basiccolor Display 3.0.6 supports the Display but doesn't let me
calibrate with L* to non 6500K Colortemperatures.
