Plus you can create a profile from many more stimulus-response observations
than the custom dot gain function which is a pain to use from a practical
standard.  I profile my Epson 4800's response with 101 steps.  If there's
any hue shift from neutral you can also soft proof this with the QTR Create
ICC profile.
