I'm triyng to calibrate and profile a HP 30 for proofing.
Could someone advise about the paper setting that lays less ink in this
printer's drive?
I use to profile Epsons (1270, 1290) using Inkjet transparencies as a
choice in the driver...

I haven't had too many problems with the 30/130...but I've been using the optional PS RIP. What paper are you using where you feel you need to limit the ink in some way? I've used the HP Proofing Semi-Gloss and the Premium Plus Photo & Proofing Gloss with good reseults. The DesignJet 30/130 has a nice built-in linearization that I've found works pretty well.

Good luck,
