OS X Preview -- wrong size

When I choose "actual size" -- I assume this means 100% view -- (Command+0) the picture is displayed bigger then 100%. A file pixel does not match a monitor pixel (on a TFT). -- I believe you will find this same thing happens with Photoshop - unless you "jump through some hoops" to get correct on your particular system.
