Not on any version of Photoshop I've ever owned (BarneyScan XP-Adobe
Photoshop CS). In fact, in Photoshop 7 or so the command was renamed
from 100% View to Actual Pixels.

I believe you will find this same thing happens with Photoshop -
unless you "jump through some hoops" to get correct on your
particular system.
