OK, How can you tell if an RGB profile is grey balanced and perceptually uniform like Adobe RGB 1998?
What could you use to test if a profile meets that criteria and how?

Technically no RGB colorspace is device independent. Some have called the
RGB working space Quasi-Device Independent but with a wink.
