tell application "ColorSyncScripting"
get system profile
end tell
Hope it helps.

the profile is seemingly not being used by Photoshop. The images in Photoshop
seem to be desaturated and flat. The profile is loaded into the "color" folder
and set as the default monitor profile, and every setting that I can think to
check is correct. I have been working with CM for several years, and have
never run into this problem. PLEASE HELP!

Does the profile show up in Photoshop when you select Monitor RGB?
