There are adjustments, corrections, interpolations, scaling; you name it, involved in a profile; with two different packages there's not assurance they will be equivalently adjusted. Thats why I suggested simply measuring raw RG&B readings with a consistant set of hardware and software. Assumedly both times full red, green, and blue patches were read, but they were not necessarily captured as raw xyY values any place in the actual profile where you can retrieve them.
