Because they have not gotten around to it, obviously, even though Adobe
publically stated it wasn't too difficult to build it in. I suspect what's
holding Adobe is the mammoth size of Photoshop's code who, by some count,
has reached millions of lines.

Completely with you. I'll bet Adobe has already started to tinker with it in
the next CSx revision but only the folks on this list who are doing beta
testing for Adobe, under NDA, would know for what's coming.
