It's not exactly "re-profiling" per se. But it's true that a new profile is
calculated by the software every time albeit from the *results* of using the
starting or previous profile. What it is is optimizing the CMYK to CMYK
transform over each iteration. In my experience, though, no more than two or
three iterations can be used before the results of further iteration start
to worsen the simulation. Oh! And absolute colorimetric is de rigueur.
