Sounds conceptually tantalizing. Ken. But how does one turn the uniform Lab
values in device CMYK? How would one know, once converted, that the mapped
CMYK values still maintain uniform distance among each other? Really easy to
do this in CIE Lab but, in device space, I'm not sure. I guess I have not
read the paper...
Graeme, you seem to follow a similar approach in argyll in that you start
out with an XYZ target definition?
