I have noticed that in the Header portion of the profile itself there is a
field labled" Flags" with a normal quality and best quality notation on
different profiles. It seems this a function of the profile software
itself not sure, my question is can this be changed and are there
noticeable results between these settings. Any explanation on this subject
would be great.
