Agreed. And have you noticed how long it takes PS to launch the "convert" or "assign" operations if you add new profiles without re- launching the app?

Trouble is, you can't do anything about it... If PS was written like other Mac apps you'd be able to hack it and alter the interface elements that you didn't like ;-)
