To state the obvious, you did send out GMB separated Hex chart?  Your
Hexachrome profile should look quite different from a traditional 4/C
profile. Obvious excursions in the orange and green.

I have been doing extensive testing of Hexachrome proofing with a FJ540 here
with all the RIPs under the sun. Though ColorBurst Win can't proof a
separated Hexachrome press file to a Roland Hexachrome printer you should be
able to get excellent proofs of 4/C files with spot colors emitted in
postscript stream to get the Pantone color matches you are seeking. Make
sure those Pantone colors are showing up in the postscript stream.
