actually, you might be looking at metamerism (without getting into the true definition of it, we all know what we mean. Let's call it gray balance failure.)
The good folks at GTI have done a great job creating fluorescent lights that can hit 5000K with a reasonably flat spectral curve. Still it's not D50 and that's how the profiles have been calculated.
First I would try calculating the profile based on the GTI illuminant curve that comes with PM5. If you can you might want to try measuring your booth yourself.
Also, the 918 target does a good job of sampling RGB printers if they are reasonably gray balanced. If you have a chance, graph the measurement data for your profile and see if the neutral sample points line up over the neutral axis (looks a bit like a spine in 3D) If it doesn't then you may want to create some neutral patches that you can add to the target..
