At this point its difficult to even determine which software product they would be discussing, as they no longer have distribution rights for the previous product (those who do have ongoing control of that product have indeed obtained the rights and the SDK to utilize the Spyder2 with the next version), and appear to be developing a replacement monitor calibration product from scratch.

This is an interesting coincidence. ColorEyes Display notably supports most of the quality instruments out there. As a result, we have tested the Spyder2 and found it to be in fact a fine device. Due to these findings we will be adding the Spyder2 to our list of devices we support in a near future release (matter of fact we were testing the newest drivers when this friendly thread started this morning : ) ) This sort of brings my thoughts back to the way it all used to be. Good software stood on its own merits as did the instruments.
