Proflling and resulting profile use with iPhoto

I looked through the archives, found plenty of questions and few answers. One poster even seemed to know how to do it and when pressed for procedure magically disappeared.
I'm attempting to set up someone using iPhoto and a small Epson only, all software and os is most recent. I need to know the appropriate way to print a chart in the first place, and then how to apply the profile when printing. Sounds like it's an OS level colorsync filter thingy...?
No he will not switch to Adobe, no he will not acquire or learn any additional software...
There must be a way to do this, any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Tyler
