Looks like your proofing paper is way too blue / contains to much FBAs
for ISO Coated. One trick is to cut off every piece of unprinted
proofing paper. We had the same issues mainly with proofs for ISO
Newspaper: even though the paper simulation was perfect, many customers
said: "This looks ugly - much too yellow/gray" -- as long as we gave
them the chance to compare it with unprinted proofing paper. If you cut
it off, they say: "everything looks pretty" :-)
