Gutenprint is simply the new name for Gimp-Print as of the 5.0 release
(currently Gutenprint is at 5.0.0-rc3; we should be releasing 5.0.0 for
real within a few weeks or so). You don't need espgs (Ghostscript)
unless you want to print Postscript.
It should be possible to use Gimp-Print 4.2 alongside Gutenprint 5.0;
this allows one to switch over gradually.
