Hi Russ,
I also use basICColor Display 3.1.1 to profile my Eizo CG21 and have also tried the
beta 4.0 version of the software on this monitor.
I very much liked the new interface of v4.0 & especially the control of the black point
but I have been spoilt by the DDC features in v3.1.1 which have not YET been included
into v4.0. I have been told that this will happen in an update to appear soon.
I did some thorough testing on two 21 inch ACD's using v 4.0 and they matched perfectly.
I was not able to get that level of matching using v3.1.1
