I’ve created such "synthetic RGB LUT working space" from your "Don RGB4" ICC matrix profile, with PerfX Color Management Pro™. So it is like I did a conversion of a matrix to LUT icc profile.
Let me know if you would like to get it and make it public for testing.

Of course a printer profile would usually not be considered a wise choice as an RGB working space, but someone could obviously construct a synthetic RGB working space profile with "printer-type" gamut compression already embedded. Using the View - Custom option you could then preview your wide gamut original RGB image through the non-linear gamut compression of that profile.
