Just to add to the collection on this topic.
Here are results of measured Pantone values.
This collection includes 1109 of the first Pantone colors.

Proofing in a separated workflow - Epson 4000 Inkjet Printer with
ExtraChrome (CMYKOG) Inks (with Photo Black) on
High Grade Proofing Paper:
93% of colors under 3 Delta E 2000;
7% of colors between 3 and 5 Delta E 2000;
Average Delta E 2000: 1.87
Maximum Delta E 2000: 4.74
