In Tiger you can goto the Keyboard and Mouse system preference pane
and uncheck these two shortcuts under the Keyboard Shortcuts tab. I
don't know of an easy way to automate this for clients. Any Terminal
geeks out there that know how to do this?
Yep - I went through that one, too. I'm embarrassed to say how long
it took me to figure it out.
Just go to System/Library/PreferencePanes and rip Universal Access
out. No more troubles. :-)
You can get rid of Spotlight the same way. I sure hope the next OS
has just a plain old finder again.
