Hi Kevin.
That is a separate issue from what I was addressing. What I was saying there was limited to matching the appearance of the PANTONE color on screen in Illustrator and Photoshop, and how to set up Illustrator so that the appearance of the color would be the same across the two applications.
Of course, that was not touching upon the best techniques to separate that color for an ideal match on a 4-color press.
