Monitor calibration in dual boot environment

We do the dual boot here too.

Basically, we calibrate in both OS's with the ColorEyes set up.
If you do that you must remember not to adjust anything on your
hardware prior to the second OS calibration or it will obviously
nullify your earlier work.

I'ts been suggested you could calibrate only in OSX, then copy that
data over to OS9.2, but I've also heard they can be issues with that.
