The Company in question, The Whole Proof, will be at Graph Expo, and
Pierre Ferland would like to invite those involved in this discussion to
come and see this on the Pantone booth (#4822).
>From Pierre (who is apparently unable to post to the list currently):
"I'll be on the Pantone booth (#4822) with samples from Unimac Graphics
demonstrating clearly that, in their case, the whole AbsCol argument
went out the door when they realized that their inkjet proof on our
media (made from the actual press grade) matched the press run so
perfectly that it is impossible to tell the difference between the proof
and the job without a magnifying glass. I'd be happy to have expert
criticism from real-life users and take a few of you out for cocktails
for an informal discussion after show hours."
So there you go, we can all shut up now. ;-)
