The ISO version is turning the blue, purple! Where as the Fogra27 is strikingly more blue.

We spent a couple of days calibrating some new queues on the RIP for both ISO Coated v2 and the 300% version. The proofs looked OK and we'd got down to dEs well below 2 on the Fogra wedge.

I then decided to edit Don Hutcheson's RGB paintbox image and convert it to ISO Coated v2 because I remembered that it had some challenging blues. My expectation was that I was going to see some impressive differences (from the original ISO Coated) in the blue stripes on the cloth and the blue marker pens. But I just got richer purples and less cyan.

That was Friday afternoon, so I might not have given it 100% of my concentration ;-)

The proofs looked good - but not exactly as I expected.
