The German Federation of Magazine Publishers supported the assembly of a central database which superbly can accelerate and simplify this task: You simply type in the Name of a Magazine and get print specs, profiles, joboptions, ad sizes, contacts, sometimes even mx4 files, ...

Is there something similar for the US market?
