The technology to see the differences exist and have for many years. So why
should we settle for displays and/or calibration technology that doesn't
provide this? Sure, you buy a $300 LCD and a huey, you get what you pay for
(not to pick on the huey, it's a great solution for a fixed market).
If seeing the difference between zero and 1 isn't 'necessary" then when
should we see separation between what are clearly differing numeric values?
Zero and 3? Zero and 5? Note, it's a rhetorical question.
