You are quite right, Rick, but sometimes it takes some mucking about,
ruffling our hair, and shouting out to get heard against such odds.
Sometimes it takes dropping our professional skins and shouting out
any way we can. More effective tools are honed from rough edges.

I agree. However, if the company is not feeling the heat of
competition along with the heat of the masses, it's very easy for them
to ignore the shouting.
