Yup, Live Picture. I was an early adopter. It wasn't really a Photoshop
replacement although some of the tools, even by today's standards were
amazing.


The big issue was the UI. It was very un-Photoshop like and frustrated a lot
of users.


Going back even farther, I recall in 1990-91 or so, the only real
competition for Photoshop was Color Studio.

Anyone remember Xrez? Ouch.

Tried it too, felt like you do about it.
